Analysis window differs when logged in

I have noticed that I get more information displayed in the analysis window for patent searches when I am not logged in.  For example, when I am logged in there is no display of the main applicants or inventors, also the graph view does not switch between the different views, I think only the country and publication date graphs work.

It would seem to me that logging in should give you access to more information not less

Is this something that can be fixed?

Please go to the Options menu, Show Options and select the Result tab where you need to make sure all the Group by options you are interested in are ticked. If you still have issues, please send an email to [e-mail]
