Current IPC (IPC 8) vs. Old IPC (IPC 1-7)

I am wondering which kind of IPC symbols are documented within the different PATENTSCOPE collections. Only IPC 8 data for PCT applications but original, i. e. IPC 1-7 data for all other collections (including EP) (if applicable)?
