Download data set >10,000 results

Trying to create a landscape for patents under G21C (nuclear reactors). The data set is 80,000 large globally, and 17,000 by USPTO. The download seems to only allow me to download the first 10,000 in descending date format; this means I'm missing everything from 2003 back. Anyway do get the other data? Thanks,
