Dear Patentscope Team,
Upon crosschecking our patentportfolio on Patentscope we noticed that the international publication WO/2012/089624 does give a wrong entry for the national phases. The patent application 226543 listed for Isreael does not belong to WO/2012/089624 and the applicant
Heliatek. This application listed belongs to WO/2012/089666 by the applicant NESTEC S.A.
The error seems to stem from the PCT application number. The application by our company has the number PCT/EP2011/073852, the one from NESTEC has the number PCT/EP2011/073952, i.e. the numbers 8 and 9 are swapped.
Please could you delete the erroneous Israelian national phase entry for WO/2012/089624?
