Error Message "Could not initialize class oracle.security.o5logon.O5Logon"

I searched for a particular PCT application, and, every time I am trying to load "Documents" section, I am prompted to answer how many dogs or trees are in the pictures, and once chosen correctly, I get an error message, saying "Could not initialize class oracle.security.o5logon.O5Logon."

Please either fix the issue or advise how to get around the issue.

I've been also encountering this error during the whole day today. Whenever I did a search the results came up, but when I clicked on any of the patents I was directed to a new page with the error message: Could not initialize class oracle.security.o5logon.O5Logon

Dear Sir,

  As I am opening the search results the IPTO website is giving an error "Could not initialize class oracle.security.o5logon.O5Logon" and is not opening the search results. Please fix this issue. I am doing search without login because I have not created account due to email being mandatory. I do not have my business email id.
