I don´t know what does the symbol N/A  in the field INVENTOR NAME means.

Dear Gabriel,

n/a stands for not applicable, in this particular case it is related to the "emptiness" of a field: this line allows you to search for empty field that is empty. For exemple, if you select in the drop-down menu, IPC and then tick the box "yes", all results will not include any IPC code, as the field is empty.
