Free API for PATENTSCOPE

I'm wondering if an API exists for PatentScope. I need, in fact, to keep updated a local database of some patent applications.

I have seen your link, but unfortunately i don't find what meet my needs: tracking about a hundred of PCT applications for internal use. So why not proposing a free API as does the EPO ? thanks in advance for your answer,
