"HTTP Status 403 -" Error

Hi,

I'm getting the following error any time I try to download any documents from any application:

HTTP Status 403 -
type Status report
message
description Access to the specified resource has been forbidden.
Apache Tomcat/7.0.76

I don't think there is a way to fix this on my end.  Do you know when WIPO will be fixing this error?
