What search string should be used for determining which PCT documents were published WITHOUT any IPC for a given Publication Date?

I was using my own algorithm but it wasn't working for this week after working previously???

I tried the [* TO *] but had the "!" missing from !IC: bit - couldn't see that in the HELP section...
