Images in claims

I am unable to view chemical structures in claims for PCT's published, e.g., after August 2016 (instead just a small box with an "x" in it appears in place of the image).  Is there a significant delay in adding the images?

Would you have an example for that like a PCT number?

Example:
Search for Incyte as applicant, PCT publications only, sort in descending order of publication date.  I can't see the images for the first 19 publications (e.g., WO 2017/106634 through WO 2016/138363).  The first publication that has visible images in the claims is WO 2016/134294
