Issues with Patentscope ?

We are currently experiencing issues with Patentscope, with only limited access to the basic bibliographic data of PCT applications. No access anymore to the relevant documents on the file of PCT applications.

Anybody facing similar issues ?

Hi, I'm glad to hear the issue has been resolved for you but I'm still facing the same problem with the only the basic bibliographic information being displayed and only in one language.

Try to remove Patentscope cookies or cache.

Same issue. Intermittent...happened 3 weeks ago. Worked the next day. Happened 30 minutes ago. cleared cache and cookies...still didn't work, restarted my computer, then it worked...for 5 minutes...now not working again. All I see is the bibliographic info.

How do I fix this issue permanently ? I have many other colleagues that have the same issue.

There indeed seems to be intermittent issues with Patentscope. It works just fine right now as far as I am concerned, but I again experienced these issues earlier.

The issue has now been fixed
