Kind code for WO1988007365

Hello,
There appears to be a mismatch of kind codes for WO1988007365 in the Patentscope system. On the Documents tab of the Patentscope record the publication is listed as having a kind code of A1:

Initial Publication with ISR (A1 22/1988)

Kind code A1 is also present in the XML file, but in the PDF image the first page of the document has a kind code of A2. Also present in the PDF image is the later published A3 search report.

Could you please confirm the correct kind code for the initial publication (A1 vs. A2)?

Dear Sir,

 The ISR has indeed been published after the initial publication on November 17, 2008, in a separate publication flagged as an A3. Therefore, the kind code A2 of the initial publication is correct.

It seems that the two successive publications have been scanned later as one document, which induces the error in the PATENTSCOPE graphical interface that detects an ISR in the first publication and hence displays erroneously an A1 label.
