If you are referring to the kind code on the search report mailed on 21 September 2012, it will remain the same regardless of the positive changes given on the IPRP II completed on 04 September 2013. The latter has been distributed to the elected Offices. You have entered two national phases, namely, EP and JP according to PATENTSCOPE :

Even if the IPEA has given a positive report as you had overcome all objections under Article 34 amendment the applicant may need to provide further explanations during the national phase especially when the search report bears negative codes such as X. Therefore, it would be safer to contact the national Offices you are still facing objections and transmit the IPRP II dated 04 September 2013 directly to it if required.
