Maximum daily limit and export to excel options

Dear

Please give guidance on below query:

1. Download result lists up to 10.000 records - What does it mean, its a daily maximum limit (10,000/day) or maximum limit to one user (for full of its usage in any number of days).

2. While exporting results to excel, how to also include/insert fields related to his interest (e.g. background, claims, summary of invention etc) along with basic details which were already available.

10,000 is the maximum results that can be downloaded per search query. The downloaded result list is at the moment not customizable.
