PDF trouble

Hello,

As commented on the other thread, I am having a trouble with
viewing/downloading pdfs from the "Related Documents on file at the International Bureau" for more than 1 week.

Everything seemed to be fixed yesterday morning,
but again stopped working in the afternoon (Japan time).

Did any programs changed during this 24 hours?
