Password exposed to whole planet

I am shocked that you e-mailed me my password to me to confirm my account in open and public text.  This has to be a violation of law in the EU!  It is an absolute breach of trust.

As a licensed professional engineer in computer engineering, I say out right that this is beneath the standards that WIPO should be held to!  Should there be any compromise for anyone due to this breach of trust, WIPO should be liable.  

This should immediately change!
