Patent Search via New Patentscope Method

I would just like to comment that the new search method is much more difficult to use and not user-friendly.  The previous search method was very simple to use and I never had problems finding the PCT applications I was looking for.  Now, I rarely find any that I need to find.  And, I can no longer can find PCT applications that our firm has filed.  I hope some improvements are in the works.

Can you be more specific about the types of queries you don't manage to execute as you would expect on the new PATENTSCOPE?
