References through Patentscope?

Can I obtain copies of filed references in foreign or PCT cases through Patentscope?

I would like to know if you can obtain copies of prior art references using PatentScope.  On one case I tried, the refs were listed but not downloadable.  Is there a method, or do I have to sign up in order to for them to be downloadable?

I suppose you saw the prior art in a ISR associated with the application. In this case you have to look up the references by yourself because we do not extract them from the search report.
