Search for nothing

Dear Sirs OR Madames,

I'm getting following trouble every time when I try to search from PATENTSCOPE search page. After I click the "search"  key, then it appears a new blank Web page.






I have tried new IP but still can not work.
Could you please tell me what I need to do in order to use the search function?

The system is working fine at our end. Please try again with another browser (EI is no longer supported), another computer etc. If the issue still persists, please send us your IP address at [e-mail]

Thank you for your reply. I tried Google Chrome and two other computers and the issue is still there. I will send my IP address to [hidden email] later. Please help me check out the problem.
