Search with the field combination - Applicant Name

While using the search with the field combination, I have noticed that the former field "Applicant Name" is no longer available.

What happened here?

Thanks for the screenshot. However, this is what I am about to see. A lot of fields are not accessible in my view. Any thought?

It seems to be a problem with IE, use Firefox

You are right; it works like a charm with Firefox. I was using the browser Opera - FYI.
