Sometimes switch tab slow!

Sometime switch query tab e.g from front page -> Any field or other tab need several seconds, the ui has no response .

Dear John,

It may depend on the load of our servers at the time of your request, (peak times are usually on Thurdays at 10am Geneva time when the new PCT applications are published) and on the application it self: some applications have notably hundreds of drawings and for these the display of the description tab is quite long.

The systems are also rebooted from time to time to keep good response times and if your query is at the exact moment, you may experience a connection loss or slow down.

Please report to us at [e-mail] next time you experience slow downs with as much information as possible:
=> precise date and time
=> application concerned
=> screenshot of the undesired behavior (if applicable)
=> your geographical location
=> check that the undesired behaviour can be reproduced several times

and we will investigate.
