TWO PCT ARE REQUIRED

My name is Rosemary Zuluaga on behalf of Questel US.

I am in need to obtain two PCT file wrappers that are not available electronically:

 PCT/EP95/01503 (Billing reference is 52984)
PCT/NO98/00279 (Billing reference is 52990)

It is a very RUSH request so, if you are not the person on charge of it, please let me know who is the person will be able to help me with  this resquest.

By the way, how can I pay those documents?
