The WO2014036568 is a PCT filing that is subsumed by my earlier US patent -  "Cellphone changing an electronic display that contains a barcode",  #8,532,632, filed 16 May 2011. Whereas the above PCT claims a priority date of 31 August 2012.

How can I communicate this officially to WIPO and to whoever will be the Examiner that looks at the filing?
