The ISR/Written Opinion for the above publication has an incorrect country designation for one of the references.  The reference is listed as a WO document but it should be US document.  The lead inventor is Duane W. Buckingham:

Incorrect: Buckingham, Duane W.: WO 2006/0164206 A1

Correct:  Buckingham, Duane W.:  US 2006/0164206 A1
