I am wondering how long does it take for WIPO office to provide the English translation to the written opinion in general and for the following specific WIPO document (WO2016021779).

The English translation of the WOSA is always issued at 30 months after the priority date of the application, if no demand for Chapter II examination is made. When a Chapter II demand is made, the WOSA is not translated. Instead the IPRP2 is translated.

The priority date of this application appears to be December 2, 2014 so they could expect the translation before May 2, 2017.
