When is the best time of day to access WIPO to avoid screen input prompts. The screen input prompts
appear often prompting manual input equivalents of letters and numbers shown on screen. Very annoying.

There is not such a best time, those appear only if the system recognizes you as a robot because you are downloading a lot of documents, performing a high number of queries, etc.
