how to open sequence listing of WO2009142257

I downloaded sequence listing of WO2009/142257(SL1.zip)
,and got an unzipping file (JPOXMLDOC01-seql.app).

However,I can't open this file.

Could you please tel me how to open .app file ?

Yes, if you change the type of the file to .txt, you can open it with any text editor like notepad.
