problems on the images of WO publications

I would like to inform you of problems on the images of publications.  

The Japanese characters are unreadable on the front page of the WO2013/001945(A1).  
Also, we can see something like a piece of paper on page 23 of the WO2008/023816.

Please confirm these documents.
