translator option not functioning

Hi,
two related issues:
1. the "translator interface" no longer saves to my profile, so i have to re-select "translator interface" each time i log on (this issue started a couple of months ago).
2. Today, even when the "Translator interface" doesn't work, even when newly selected.  The two columns with the original language and English translations of abstracts never appear, it is always just one column of English.
Hope there is an easy fix.

You can either select it above the result list in the View menu "multi-columns" or in the Options menu, in the Result tab, under result list view and select "multi-columns"
