want my PCT to be renewed for another period

Dear Sir,
we owned a patent Pub. No.:    WO/2009/149720    International Application No.:    PCT/EG2008/000019
Publication Date:  17.12.2009 International Filing Date:  12.06.2008

I know its valid for 20months , i need to know if i can renew this patent for another period
