Chemical compound search

Dear Sir , how can i search a generic chemical formula wherein the derivatives are defined by variable compounds as in MARKUSH STRUCTURE ) Please sketch one formula wherein at least one variable defined by markush like

At the moment PATENTSCOPE does not support Markush structure searches.
